How many hours we should Sleep every day and Why?

Sleep is a very important part of our lives. Human body collapse with fatigue unless we sleep sufficient hours daily. Some people can sleep very little for 6 days and then they can sleep for 24 hours on the last day, other people need to have their sleep spread equally over all days of the week.
